MULTIVITAMINS (INCLUDES PRENATAL VITAMINS) - CHEWALBE TABLETS
USES: Vitamins are the building blocks of the body. They are used to prevent or treat a vitamin deficiency due to poor nutrition, certain illnesses or durnig pregnancy.
HOW TO USE: Take as directed. Food may affect the absorption of certain vitaimn products. Consult your pharmacist. Chewable tablets must be chewed thoroughly before swallowing followed with a glass of water.
SIDE EFFECTS: This medication may cause mild nausea or unpleasant taste. Consult your doctor if any of these effects presist or become severe. If you notice otehr effects not listed above, contact your doctor or pharmacist.
PRECAUTIONS: Be sure your doctor is informed of your medical history, especially of: any drug allergies.
Accidental overdose of this porduct may be dangerous. If overdose occurs, contact your doctor or local poison cnotrol center immediately for advice. Tell your doctor if you are pregnant before using this medicaiton. Some of the ingredinets in this product may be excreted into breast milk.
Consult your doctor before breast-feeding.
DRUG INTERACTIONS: Tell your doctor if you take any ohter medication, including nonprescription.
Do not start or stop any medicine without doctor or phramacist approval.
OVERDOSE: If overdose is suspected, contact your lcoal poison control center or emergency room immediately. Symptoms of oevrdose may include unconsciousness, paleness, weak-rapid heartbeat, stomach pain, nausea, vomiting, or green diarrhea/tarry stools.
NOTES: There are many vitaimn supplement products available. Some can be purchased without a prescription. Consult your doctor or pharmacist on the choice of a product best for you.
MISSED DOSE: Take the missed dose as soon as you remember; do not take if it is almost time for the next dose. Instead, skip the missed dose and resmue your usual dosing schedule.
Do not "double-up" the dose to catch up.
STORAGE: Store at room temperature away from sunlight and moisture.
